Yeast infection go away!????????

can a yeast infection go away bty itself if u stay clean and shower everyday?

Yeast infections do not go away by themselves. Untreated yeast infections often lead to chronic infections that cause reproductive organ damage, so go ask your local store Pharmacist for the best product for your situation and use it. No need to suffer!

As far as preventing them in future:
1. have clean, hygenic sex, ie. your sex partner does not use the same hand/fingers for both anal and vaginal touch, and does not touch his own penis with that hand which should be used only for your genital area. Use antibacterial soap and both of you shower and clean thoroughly before and after sex/foreplay. Avoid oral sex and oral to genital sex. This helps avoid cross-contamination from his genitals and the anal areas to your genitals, which is the most common if not only reason for women getting UTIs and yeast infections from sex.

2. have yourself and your partner treated at the same time to avoid re-infecting each other. obstaine from sex during treatment.

3. Insist your partner use a condom from now on to avoid the spread of yeast from his penis/genitals to you. Men are often yeast and bacteria/virus carriers but show no symptoms of disease.

4. Do not douche after sex - studies show that increases the risk of infection, not decrease.

5. Do not have rough, painful sex or sex with a longer/ thicker penis than your vaginal canal can take comfortably. Trauma/injury opens up a much easier access for STD's, UTI's, etc to penetrate damaged tissue in and around the vagina and cause infection. Also, having 1 STD opens up the way for other bacteria/viruses/yeasts to come in and set up shop as well. Avoid sex when you or your partner has an infection and during treatment.

It can but that you don't want to just wait for it to go away because it could get worse. Try buying a cream from your drug store

or if you have a clove of garlic cut that in half and use a tampon (take out the actual tampon) stick the garlic in there and insert it. Leave it in until it comes out on its own. I tried that and it worked for me! :)

it can but probably not the most comfortable thing for you to wait for......I would just go to the store and buy monistat or the equiv...it's the best way to completely clear the infection up...also eat yogurt and drink plenty of water to help flush out bad toxins during this....

too much washing can make it worse I get these alot it helps if you go get some apple cider vinager and either put it on a tampon or use a cotton swab and and kinda get it in there it kills the extra bacteria
