Yeast infection? Bacterial Infection?

Ive had a yeast infection before and the discharge was white but did contain a slight tint of yellow but this time its quite a bit yellower

My symptoms are yellowish discharge.
and Itching

But no smell. (Ive heard thst the most common symptom of a bacterial infection)

Im assuming its a mild case of bacterial infection but would really like to know if there can be yellow discharge with a yeast infection.

Ill be headed to the doctor very soon

there are many types of bacterial infections
so yes it can have a yellowish discharge just go to the doctors and they will tell you what exactly you have and how to treat it. But if you are too emmbarrassed you can go to a drug store or pharmacy and get a vaginal screening kit and that could tell you wat you have and how to treat it. So infection can be treated with home remedies like cranberry pills, yogurt, and things of that nature. If planning to treat it yourself look up thing infection and remedies online you will find a bunch things you can try.

GOOD LUCK

Good question. Every girl has had or will have this some time in their life and this is a good place to ask and help others. :)

I've had maybe 3 "vaginal" types of infections my whole life and I have never had a yellow tint to them--although I have heard it's very common.

With your itching, do you have swelling? No--then great--don't let it get to this stage. It WILL cause odor.

If you want to try a Walgreens, you can go get some Vagisil cream or even a knock off brand to try and relieve your uncomfort before trying a doctor who would eventually tell you to do the same.

Hope this helps. Try soaking, too. It helps the itching.

Head to a bath tub! it will save you a doctor bill

anything is possible.... only a Dr. should tell you what to do here....they have to do tests.
