Yeast infection /cuts?

I have a cut above my clit and it curts when I spread my vagina lips its really painful.What should I do I have been taking acidiphyus or whatever those live bacteria pills are called. I use to get really bad yeast infections but since I 've been taking these pills they have diminished. But this sore is painful. Help! Its the weekend I dont want to be uncomfortable. I have been applying antfungal cream.

I'm not a doctor, I'm just giving my advice. I have gotten "cuts" down there before and it actually turned out to be a form of herpes. I knew i had herpes, but the cuts are part of it as well. But, it may be something else. Call your gyno and get their opinion. Also, ask if they can call you in some xylocaine. it numbs areas down there, when you have a "cut". good luck.

go to the doctor. i had the same problem,it started to burn when i peed though.
drink cranberry jucie it is also gudd for urinary system.

Try neosporin cream on it also. You can take extra acidophilus if you want - it won't hurt you. It is most effective taken with milk, but water is okay.

You shouldn't apply an antifungal to an open wound (that could actually exacerbate the cut)....you will probably need to resort to a topical antibiotic but ask you obgyn first.
