Question on yeast infection remedy?

Ive heard yogurt helps. Do you eat it, rub it down there, or both. Ive heard all three answers and want a real one. :D thanks! and does the yogurt stop the itching? if not what home remedys and give me instructions please. THANK U SO MUCH

I heard yogurt.eating it. It is supposed to change the bacteria in the vagina. Try both. Let us know.

IVE HEARD OF JUST EATING IT.. I DONT LIKE YOGURT SO. IV HEARD OF THIS ONE PILL AND ITS REALY GOOD IT WORKS IN 1-2DAYS.....
