Not a question for guys ok!!! Need yeast infection answers.?

I beileve I have a yeast infection. And that part I can deal with. Here's my actuall problem: The only treatment the store's in my area have is the over the conuter creams. I was hoping for the pill's because I am expecting my period any day now. But since I have no other option but the cream, how I am suppossed to keep the cream up there during my period? Do I have to stop treatment and just continue to suffer till my period has ceased?

Try to look for monistat or something like that...... they say to continue use even when on period.... also i bought some yeast pills that are supposed to help with and prevent future occurences. For now try not to take baths, and try how ever hard it may be not to ich. :)

I had to deal with this recently. The cream still works when you have your period. And no tampons till the infection is cleared up- use a pad. BTW, can you see a doctor to prescribe the pill?
