how can you tell if you have a yeast infection and what can you do to fix it?

I get them alot. Itchy vaginal lips. Sometimes a cottage cheese like discharge (pretty huh?) Here is what to do. Make yogurt your friend! eat yogurt with active cultures every day. Also there is a lot of over the counter treatments. Monistat is the one I have the best results with. Also, stick with cotton/ non synthetic panties. The infections suck but are easily cured! Good Luck...

Symptoms:
your vagina is itchy
it turns red
you keep itching it
its dry down there
you get clumpy discharge
Treatment:
Vagasil or just clean your vagina and dont wear tight clothes around your vagina because it makes it moist
