Can someone help me with a yeast infection?

Is there something I can use besides a douche to help my yeast infection?

right you probably arent going to like my answer to this but...

go to the doctors... they will do a smear for you and tell you exactly what the problem is... they will they prescribe you some treatment to make it go away and your done. a Douche isnt going to help all that much. If you dont like to doctor idea you can buy cream in a drugstore such as boots... if your british lol, if not there should be done in drug stores anyway!

the only other thing you can do other than that is to drink cranberry juice, i hear it it recommended for yeast infections.

Washing will make it worse. Too much washing down below can actually cause Thrush.
There are many things you can get over the counter - pesseries, cream, tablets.
I've heard natural yoghurt can help but not sure if thats just an old wives tale!

Monistat (the 3 day is best)....probiotics, they will help re-establish good bacteria....avoid sugar, it feeds the yeast....also avoid alcohol, and caffeine if you consume those.

Yeah take uva urse for your bladder health and probiotics for your yeast problem. DOuble your dose for the first week. You get both at the health food store.
