yeast infections are characterized by a cloudy, or white discharge, a yeasty or bready/fishy smelling discharge and itching, and redness, sometimes a rash can appear too. but you can also test your self with a yeast infection test kit from your local drugstore.


to avoid yeast infections in the future...
~ incorporate yogurt in your daily diet, like breakfast or something
~stay away from scented pads, scented tampons, scented feminine sprays, feminie wipes too
~ dont dousche. lots of women dousche to feel cleaner down there but your vagina has good bacterias in there to fight off bad ones and when you dousche, it kills the good bacterias so the bad ones come in a give you yeast infections.
