Do I have a vaginal yeast infection?

Okay, I know this is such a gross topic, but I really need to know.

"down there", it's not itchy, and there's no discharge. It doesn't burn when I use the restroom. The only thing that I think is not normal is that it's red. No bumps or anything like that.. just kinda.. pink-ish red.

Is this normal? Or should I go get something that treats vaginal yeast infections?

Thank you very much for your time!

P.S. I'm 16. (if this is relevant)

You can brew your own beer.
Congratulation,

If there are no symptoms (ie pain, soreness discharge etc) other than redness, then there's nothing for you to worry about.
You don't need any medication.
