Yeast infection how do you get rid of one?

i just had twins 7 months ago but every thing was fine until one day i got a yeast infection i went to the doctor and got tested every things great so why do i keep getting yeast infection

Here are some yeast infection home remedies that have worked for me:

Plain yogurt

The good bacteria in plain yogurt helps fight yeast and yogurt can be used both internally and externally. BUT, be sure you buy plain, unsweetened yogurt. Since sugar feeds yeast, this is a crucial point. You can also make your own, using a yogurt starter. I have done this myself and it is simple and the results are quite good. The advantage is that you can use other types of milk, such as soy or almond. While I made mine directly on the stovetop, you can also purchase a yogurt maker, if you want to take the thinking out of the process. Whether purchased or homemade, yogurt is a great thing to eat before meals because it provides "good bacteria" for your stomach to aid in digestion.

Go back to your doctor and let him/her know about the re-occurrences. You could need a more aggressive form of antibiotic to permanently eradicate it. Bring your husband along, too. It could be that he needs treatment as well. You are probably infecting each other. Until you are both cured, this cycle will continue.

It can come from the mouth, oral sex? on the hands. Have your hubby increase his vitamin C levels to help keep the yeast levels low and drive them back to the stomach where they belong.

You should go to your docter and see what's up cause there may be sometihng else behind your recurrence of the yeast infection, better safe and sorry.
