No, a good plain natural yougurt, that contains live culture.

You can eat any yogurt that has "live" or "active" cultures to prevent or aid in the treatment of yeast infections. Activia is a good one as it has more cultures.

Do not place any yogurt onto or into your vagina. See a doctor.
