Is this sign of an UTI or yeast infection?

I have a swollen vagina, lower back pain, pressure in my stomach (I had a c-section back in November), oh and I feel like I am leaking urine.

Could I have a UTI?

signs of uti include: strange or burning sensation when you urinate. frequent urination (however small output) lower back pain, fever, pus in urine, dark cloudy urine.

signs of yeast infection : itching is major one. especially after the use of ABT (antibiotics) or using a lot of feminine products. slight discharge may occur. may get thick and white if yeast builds

It could be, but only your doctor can tell you that. You should see him as soon as possible.

Sounds like a uti.
