Is there any possible way you can get a yeast infection by masturbating with a potato?

I've had a long discussion with a female friend who has assured me that this is possible due to the amount of bacteria on vegetables. She also cited that potatoes have yeast in them which will cause the infection. Any truth to this?

Anyways, thanks again for your help in clearing up this topic for me... its one of those questions that begged an answer...

Yeast infections are caused by a fungus, not by bacteria. In other words, you can get one with or without the potato (eye roll). Potatoes don't contain yeast, they contain starch, which provides a decent environment for yeast spores.

I don't want to know what started this "long discussion". :D
