Yeast infection bleeding ? am i on my period or is something wrong ?

Okay.
Just the other day i has sex (unprotected) with my boyfriend.
a few days later i had sever vaginal itching and burning while i pee,
i took a mirror to look and see what was there and i noticed some
white stuff which kinda looked like cottage cheese . ( a bit thick also)
slightly around the opening of my vagina. I went to the doctors and they
confirmed it as a yeast infection, they gave me a cream to use and the second
day using it i noticed blood . I think it may be my period since it usually
comes around this time of the month, and also this bleeding has been
going on for 2 days now , heavy flow too.

Do you think something is wrong , because i find it aqward to be putting
on medication for yeast infection, while on period ?
please give your oppinions .

by the way, i am only 14 (grade 9) in case your wondering

Lol @ no rude comments, you clearly know you should not be having any kind of sex at your age let alone unprotected, see what happens ?
Anyway, rest assured that your period will help to cleanse away any infection you have but keep on with the medication, and inform your boyfriend he should look out for signs of thrush (yeast infection - yes men can get it too) if he is not treated he could re-infect you so beware.
How did you get contraception at such a young age if he is not using condoms ?

it could be your hymen breaking - that could cause burning and itching and bleeding, but it could be yeast infection on your period.. there are lots of combinations, but just use the medication and don't worry for the moment until something changes - then go to the doctors..
