How do i tell my mum i have a yeast infection? |
i am 13 just say "mom, i think i have a yeast infection." Who is everyone and if you at 13 know what one is, why do you think you mother would not know? Being on antibiotics can cause a yeast infection. Just tell your mother your symptoms and ask her opinion. Stop talking to "everyone" and talk to your "someone" - that's why we have mothers! Who's everyone? Doctors? School friends? I'd go up to her and just say, mum I've been to the doctor's or wherever and they say I have a yeast infection and need to take some medication to cure it. It's not really that bad of a thing to tell your mum cause it's not an STI or anything. Write her a letter and give it to her. That way you don't feel uncomfortable talking to her and she can have a moment to figure out what she is going to do. My daughter does this to me, and it makes it easier to approach her. |
