Does yogert down there actually work to help yeast infections? |
I heard that if you put some yogurt down there that it will help and can treat yeast infections. It can, but you need to make sure a.) it's plain, and b.) it SAYS "live cultures" on it. You can both eat it and apply it. I have seen it recommended that you load a tampon applicator with yogurt and put it in the freezer just until it's firm and goes in without making a mess. You need to wear a pad though, cos what goes in must come out. You don't put the yogurt down there you eat the yogurt. The bacteria that is in yogurt gets rid of the yeast through the digestive system. If you eat one serving size container a day it will help keep the yeast infections away but it won't get rid of an active infection. Well I can tell you that if you have thrush which is yeast infection of the month they tell you to eat plain yogurt. Hope this helps Yes but it must be plain yogurt. If you ingest it it can help as well Yes it can help by applying it there or eating it (plain of course) my penis helps even better baby |
