What does white vaginal discharge mean, when it is not a yeast infection? |
I have alot of white vaginal discharge. Sometimes it has a fowl odor, but not always. If you are sure its not an infection then its the normal discharge any woman experiences. Some women have more discharge than others. Sometimes it has to do with sexual arousal. Its just one of those things women learn to live with. You can douche there (no soap just water) a few times a day if the smell bothers you. Use a light pad, that works great. If it's about a week before your period it's just a normal part of ovulation. It just means that your body is ready to go. It could mean your body is ready to get pregnant or your just sexually turned on. It's totally normal and nothing to worry about. I would make the suggestion of cleaning with a wash cloth a few times a day just to control odor. If it's happen any other time besides before your period or when your not aroused you should see your doctor but, normally it's nothing to worry about. |
