Does anyone know how to relieve the itching from a vaginal yeast infection?


Please only legitimate answers only. Are there any home remedies?

you can use yoghurt (no joke). it contains lactobacillus, the bacterium that is one of the 'good guys' and gets killed when you're placed on antibiotics (most common reason for yeast infection)... that's when the yeast takes over.
You use the yoghurt like you'd use a monistat vaginal cream/applicator. hope this helps.

keep your legs close or stop wear jeans that are too tight and your vagina can't breath.
