Does anyone know if putting vinegar in your bath water can help a yeast infection? It actually may encourage the bad yeast. There is good yeast and bacteria and then the kind that causes yeast infections. Too much douching or soaking in baths may make things worse, not better I've never heard of it. But its just as easy to go to your local drug store and pick up some medicine. Plus, I think it would be a llot less stinky. I don't know but I am a big yeast man. Yummm never heard of that but that s**t is strong. I've heard of using plain, non-fruit yogurt if you don't have any vaginal cream handy. What works best for me is the monistat one-day treatment. I'd get that as soon as possible. You have two choices. 1. Go to Walmart and get a tube of ANTI-YEAST salve IF the infection is on the outside. 2. IF the infection is inside, see your doctor. In the meantime, drink plenty of buttermilk and ear yogurt. Both will help to replace the bacteria level in you system. Good luck. Pops My thoughts Some people swear by vinegar and water douches. I don't know. I prefer a simpler 1 day method and prevention by eating lots of yogurt. |
