Lay off the yeast.
no question is stupid, but come on! keep yourself clean and get a perscription???
You should not eat alot of starchy foods. Like bread, pasta, and watch your sugars. The thing to eat when you have a yeast infection is Yogurt. It has the kind of good bacteria that you need to fight it. Also, if you are on an antibiotic and that causes the infection, then you will need a "one pill" dose of diflucan...or something like that.
Yeast infections are caused when the "ph" balance in your body is disrupted. You should avoid junk food of every kind and focus on eating lots of green leafy vegetables. Try drinking lots of water with a lime squeezed in it.
