Can I get a yeast infection if I hold my farts?

I was wondering the same thing as a child so I conducted a study:
I fed 4 friends (subjects) Red Beans & Rice.
Put subjects A & B in closet #1 with corks.
Put subjects C & D in closet #2 with no corks.
After further examination, I mean farther... I mean WAY farther.
No yeast was present.
I did, however, learn to mow lawns.
Spent the next two summers cutting grass to pay for new paint job in the house.I don't think so, but you will probably be getting a headache if you keep on doing so. Or worse, explode?
No, yeast infections are caused by an overgrowth of yeast.

no but its better to let the air out. farting is made for a reason. so let it out.
No but you can get a serious tummy ache.
