Can i just let an yeast infection heal on its on?

Yeah, just try not to agitate.
It would be more comfortable to get some monostat. Sometimes just taking a round of antibiotics can cause them.
You would be completely miserable the whole time! The only way it *may* clear up without medicine is if you make serious changes to your diet (avoiding all sugars, eating TONS of yogurt, keeping your crotch dry, etc). Even then, there is no guarantee it will go away. You should just treat it.
no! there are over the counter aids, but you should really get a perscription. that is why it is called an "infection"
NO!! You need to treat it or it will get worse and continue to grow.. heres a link

I've had a few in the past years and i would recomend a cream. These things are SO annoying and you can't always do sumthing about it b/c ur in public. If u don't have the means to pick up some sort of cream, reach for some plain yogurt... wierd but true. The live cultures held fight off the bacteria
Why would you want to wait it out?

Isn't spending $10 at the grocery store worth not scratching yourself obsessively in public for the next couple of weeks?
