How do u get rid of a yeast infection? |

You need to see a doc... it could be a yeast infection or something else like a urinary tract infection (also common in women). They can do simple tests to get to the bottom of it. If burning when you urinate is the only symptoms you are having then it is not a yeast infection. It sounds like a UTI- urinary tract infection. You will need to see a doctor. There is an over the counter medication that will help to numb the urinary tract until you can get treatment called AZO. This does not cure the infection! This will get worse without treatment. You will be bleeding when you urinate without treatment. To prevent these in the future drink lots of water, urinate after shaving in the bathtub, don't take bubble baths, wipe from the front to the back, and urinate after sex. A yeast infection ITCHES!
