I found thick white discharge on the outside of my labia (in the folds), could this be BV or a yeast infection

Strong odor, nothing "fishy", no itching, and that's about it but the odor is strong...

you are fine. Just as long as it's not itching and doesn't smell like rotten fish. you are having a normal discharge. If you notice a smelly discharge like really rotten fish and it really itches then it's an infection of some sort. No need to worry. Source(s): gynecologist
This is why doctors exist.

If it's BV you'll probably need antibiotics anyways.

Planned Parenthood is a great resource if you don't have insurance.
it could be a lot of stuff...normally its just small particles of tp, fuzzies from panties etc. i think thats what they make those wet tp things for
uh .....gynocologists please before it gets green...in the mean time drink lots of cranberry juice
sounds like yeast infection. They aren't always itchy, but don't usually have a really strong odor... other than a yeasty smell which is kind of a tart smell.
Agreed. Go to the doctor. It could just be a yeast infection.
