How can i learn yoga? You might enjoy the free online videos you can watch at http://www.yogatoday.com/. go to classes, there are many books and dvds out there but if you dont have anyone correcting the poses you do, you could end up doing them wrong and defy the point. Yoga is so great. You can google yoga videos and get step by step videos. Yoga Video, DVD's etc or join a Yoga class. I've been thinking of trying some yoga DVD's. |
