Anyone familiar with Laughing Yoga ?

No, but I'm assuming I'd be a master at it ;D

I've heard of it before, and I tried one class. It wasn't my thing. I like more active exercising but here is a link that might help out:

Yeah, I think its pretty crazy. I dont think it has any real long term benefits though.....
