What are some good yoga poses?

What are some good yoga poses?

Simhasana is an asana that increases the glow on your face that becomes easily noticeable. Simhasana stands for lion pose literally, but according to Sanskrit 鈥榮imha鈥?means 'the powerful one'. It generates plenty of force while doing this asana. You should do this asana similar to the lion roaring to derive maximum possible benefits. It shows the fierceness of the lion and provides utmost benefits to the body parts that are stretched and pulled.
