Does anyone know a good yoga routine for losing weight? |
I want a yoga routine that I can do everyday that will work on total body fitness. Can anyone help me reach my goal? first,do 20-30 minutes of cardio,then spend about 40 mins-1hr doing all the poses that are related to your problem areas,then do another session of cardio for 20 minutes...eat smart and love the results.. HERE YOU GO Bend.... and snap! No, I'm serious! Actually, it's more like gently roll down, then streatch up. It works a lot of muscles, but it's mostly a warm up. Try it! |

It depends on the type of yoga and how you feel/time of the day. I do excercise, sweat it all out then take a shower and do a hatha yoga class which is quite a basic mild yoga class.... Wow! The only time I have heard someone being told not to do yoga is because they had a lower spinal problem. Anyway, yoga is not a religion, it is exercise. I apologize Dr Bob if I offended...
