Does anyone know a good yoga routine for losing weight?


I want a yoga routine that I can do everyday that will work on total body fitness. Can anyone help me reach my goal?

first,do 20-30 minutes of cardio,then spend about 40 mins-1hr doing all the poses that are related to your problem areas,then do another session of cardio for 20 minutes...eat smart and love the results..

Bend.... and snap! No, I'm serious! Actually, it's more like gently roll down, then streatch up. It works a lot of muscles, but it's mostly a warm up. Try it!
