What's best for yoga? |
I took a yoga class once for dance last year, and I LOVED it. what is better for yoga? Doing it yourself, a class, a CD, a book, or a video? Thank you. I like having a class because I have made a date with myself to be there, I get to meet other people who like what I like, I have someone to give me feed back so I can improve the poses and the benefits I get from them. i think going to a class, and practising at home, would be better, blue |
