do you think yoga is fun? or weird? Thank you,NO! Yoga is great, very beneficial. Meditating is merely quieting your mind, and you can focus on Jesus to meditate if you want, so there's no need to fear it's going outside the Christian religion. Yoga is a means to the astral plane. It is but one of many other planes of existence and you must not think it is not so. See the astral realm, but know it is but one peice of the eternal wisdom, not it's entirety. yoga is awesome ...without the meditating....thats what prayer is for..........wink! I think it is useful. It help me lose weight and get in shape without much exertion and gymming. No, I'm not into yoga and I have half a brain (actually a whole one but I was singing) Fun but hard I like it,its very relaxing depends if a female does it i think its hot...but if male...its wierd great for mind , body and soul. only if you can mediate with I LUV U U LUV ME! |

When choosing a Yoga instructor program, you have to determine what it is that you want to get out of it. Do you want a comprehensive Yoga instructor鈥檚 course or a quick Yoga instructor diploma to ... Pregnant women can definitely benefit from doing yoga. The experience is one in which you can focus on what is happening within your body, relieve the stresses from worry and anxiety as well as kee... Yes it is great and has a very positive outcome in every walk of life, however it needs to be interpreted in the light of entire horoscope ...You may have hyperextended. I would suggest not doing any yoga positions that strain the lower back and visit a chiropractor or doctor to make sure you don't have something more serious going ... first,do 20-30 minutes of cardio,then spend about 40 mins-1hr doing all the poses that are related to your problem areas,then do another session of cardio for 20 minutes...eat smart and love the re... do both. It depends on the type of yoga and how you feel/time of the day. I do excercise, sweat it all out then take a shower and do a hatha yoga class which is quite a basic mild yoga class.... |
