Does yoga really good for you ? |
Im a lil on the heavy side and i have an injered back from a sport related accident and cant really do much when it come to exercise without straining my back i cant do a normal push- up nor a pull-up not even a crunch without shooting pain in my back. I have gone to docters and i do have medecine but i don't want to be high on pain killers at my age [15, two months from 16] i heard yoga was good for a person like me, but i wanted to know if there is anyone with stories about yoga and it health benefits an a personal level, if so can anyone recomed a DVD, pose, site or anything to get me involved in yoga. So is it good for someone like me, if not then what could be good for me ? which DVDs, Poses do you recomened ? Yoga Is Awsome! My School Has A Class on it and I Love it! Yes It Is Good 4 U! Yoga is definitely good for someone like you. Yoga unites the mind, body, as well as the spirit. It relieves stress and is definitely something that can relax you from a difficult day when you get home. I've done Yoga for quite a while now, and it's help me through many things. It's great for weight and sleep. It also decreases pain, which in your case is good for your issues with your back. yes i think yoga is really good for you i say this because my mom does yoga all the time and she said it is not stressfull |

You're over doing it. First off, you're not giving yourself enough calories. Second, you're working out too much. For the workout....The cardio is fine, the yoga is fine, b... dont stress, or at least try not to. And these are home exercises, so you dont need to worry about paying or a jogging or rnning or gym fee. Here are some good exercises my friend uses. ... Not alot but I do it on the cheap,as for flights go for Kingfisher airlines(internal flights) as they are cheap.I paid about 拢40 for a flight from Goa to Delhi.Ashrams are pretty cheap too.I'm... well i guess iam going to hell cause i know kung fu apparently cause like kung fu is practiced my shaolin monks and all that ... |
