Have you ever tried hot yoga?

Have you ever tried hot yoga? What did you think about it? Did you like it? Me (14) and my mom were thinking about trying it. We do regular yoga right now. I just wanted to know what others thought about it.

Hot yoga is when you do yoga in a room that is any where from 99-105 degrees.

Also, the instructor that teaches our regular yoga teaches the hot yoga. We were asking her about it and she said we should give it a try. She said its good because you sweat out everything while you're doing the yoga.

Oh yes, i tried HOT Yoga. I have mixed feelings about it. When i first walked in the instructer told us that we would not be able to leave the room until it was over, the class was 90 min. I thought i was going to die. I'm not very athletic. Overall it was a good experience, I had to ring my clothes out from all the sweat. Oh yea, bring at least a gallon of water. you will need it(seriously). I would definitely try it.

I never heard of hot yoga before so this would be the first.
I like doing regular yoga though it calms me i do it with my mom too. You're getting your nose peirce awesome my parents are really strict on peircing i can't even peirce my ears. x_x lol but one day i'm thinking of getting my lip or nose peirce. You should definantly try the hot yoga i mean if you want just to try.

"Hot yoga"? Haven't heard of it. I heard of this yoga, that you do in a 100 degree room (or outside in 100 degree weather), but you shouldn't be doing that unless you are already in shape.

you should then you can tell me if you feel any better than you did doing regular just wat ever makes you feel the bettest i recommend you doing! 1 day left can we make it?
