Hi there, You would benefit greatly from Yoga. Yes, yoga would be excellent for you, there are many yoga kits that you can buy that comes with a mat, blocks, belt and DVD(instructions). Its great for muscle toning and mental relaxation. But if your stressed, practice some calming meditations might be useful for you. If your really stressed, perhaps you should look into getting a different job. Stress could make you sick, especially if you don't have a good quality diet and unhappy at work. |
