Bouncing on a yoga ball...? |
i have heard (as well as walking, sex etc.) can start you into labor...(if your body is ready) has anyone had any luck with this? I would just do some light bounces. Not hard bounces. It can help, yes. I tried it all, and nothing worked lol! I bounced, had sex, even jogged at the end lol! I tried anything people could think of, raspberry tea, castor oil (Not a good idea btw), spicy food etc etc. This is interesting...I have a yoga ball and im currently 32 weeks, I plan to bring it to the hospital....I sit on it sometimes at home because it's comfortable. |
