So I'm wanting to lose about 10-15 lbs and lose a lot of inches. I've heard Yoga is great for getting long lean muscles.. Is that true? Also what type of yoga should I start with and what is the best video? Yoga is very good for stretching muscles, building strength, and toning, as well as some styles of yoga can be good for cardio. |
