Well my friend, i think & i would suggest you not to do yoga during periods, how can one concerntrate during periods, when she will have a wet bottom all the time, & then there will be a lot of disturbance there with the sanitary napkin & the pantie.

You can do any exercise, but it is not recommended to do heavy weight lifting or strenuous exercise as you are bleeding and do not want to increase that.

Yoga, tai chi are great!

There are some limitations.
You can do simple breathing exercises.

Simple exercises are not harmful. Meditation ,you can do.
