31 wks and yoga?


So, I am 31.5 wks and this past week I have been getting increasingly more uncomfortable. I was online looking for some stretches for my back and ran into yoga. Is it too late in the pregnancy to get a prenatal yoga dvd? Which ones would you recommend? Thanks!

I don't have any sort of stretches that I have been doing. I was never advised in that- all I was told to do was walking. Now I really wish I would have thought of that before. Any suggestions?

If you werent a yoga regular before pregnancy then you should be very careful. You could do major harm to yourself. I am 36 weeks and I find that doing regular arm and leg stretches sitting in bed help alot. Also try a warm bath or shower, they are great for relaxing your muscles.
