Yoga.whats its purpose? |
im a fat guy .i gained 50 lbs in 1 year.is yoga helpful as an exersice?whats the general benefit of yoga?im obviously not very limber anymore. There is so much more to yoga than flexibility. Depending on the type of yoga you practice, it can be anywhere from an amazing aerobic cardio workout (Ashtanga, & various forms of Hot Yoga) to a deep energizing experience (Kundalini). In addition, Anusara and Iyungar classes provide a deep sense of body awareness and alignment. So, no matter what you are looking for in an exercise routine, there is a form of yoga out there that will provide it for you. |
