Does anyone have any good ways to lose weight all over your body, Has to be easy and about 10 minutes, or in sections, It sohuld only contain exersizes i dont have to use dumbbells or exersize equipement fro, exsept a tredmill, can anyone help? I have a couple of wonderful websites for you. |
