I was wondering can you really grow inches when you do yoga? Because i'm really short for my age .I'm 19 years old i'm 5'4'' and 112 pounds and i really need something to help my growth. And if it does help how long sholud i do yoga for? The simple truth is that exercise is essential for your health but really does not make much difference in terms of your height. |
