Sixteen and yoga? |
I'm sixteen and I'm thinking of joining a yoga class. I was wondering if you need to be flexible in order to join yoga because I'm really not flexible and I don't want to embarrass myself.. You don't need to flexible, yoga helps you develope that. Yoga and pilates and static exercises similar to these help you become concious of your movements and kinetic chain. First off, no problem joining a yoga class at 16. I started a year before that. Secondly, you don't need to be flexible to join yoga. That's a skill you can acquire through your classes. you dont hav 2 b flexible to join yoga cuz yoga helps u 2 bcome flexible, girl Yoga is a wonderful thing to do! Don't worry about your flexibility, you can expect to see people at and below your level, and it will improve with time. yoga makes you feel really good, and 16 is definitely ok, even kids do it! |
