anyone know if doing yoga then doing hard/strenuous exercise for muscle is bad? i actually wanna gain muscle and weight It's not bad, but yoga tends to be very relaxing so it will put you in a poor mental state for really strenuous exercise. Ideally you would do yoga after your strenuous exercise. if u wana lose weight at home without exercising......u can refer to this website |
