Hatha yoga... is it difficult?


Do you need to be very fit in order to do it? I'm not overweight or anything, but I'm not fit, I was thinking of starting some classes.

Hatha yoga is the easiest as it is not intense. Gentle stretching will not be a problem even if you are not in shape, in fact, it will tone and elongate your muscles. If you want to try a form of yoga that will kick your butt and make you feel like a million bucks, try Ashtanga or Kundalini.
