Summer is beginning and i usually do yoga during the summer. well i was wondering if there are any books for preteens for yoga..and if you have any ideas of what to do daily for yoga. I did an Amazon.com search on yoga for teens, and found a good selection of books. This one got some good reviews: Light on Yoga by B K S Iyengar is considered authentic. |
