Is there any yoga for this?


sometimes i m very depressed, & become angry, I try to be patience & try to control my tears, words & angry, i want to live with peaceful mind. Is there any yoga & or meditation for this? & also how to do this? plse explain.

but if you are really depressed i recommend you talk to a doctor or psychologist before it becomes a serious problem.

There is one course by Sri Sri Ravishankar ji. ART OF LIVING .. you do this its awesome and it gives mental peace. another thing which you can try is meditation . Daily when you wake up and go to bed in night .. close your eyes and try to meditate , try to control over your breathe and try to be calm think of good things and GOD..

You didnt specify your age and also the nature of the work any way , u can go for hatha yoga practice which makes ur body as well as ur mind relaxed. and also it cultures both ur body and mind. u can go for pranayama and asana practise with some relaxation techniques than meditaiton.

but dont try with some books go to reputed institute.

Yeap; this happens with each and everybody in life at some point of time. Would suggest no need to hold back any emotions.......... have done a beautiful course on Yoga.
