Is there any yoga for this? |
sometimes i m very depressed, & become angry, I try to be patience & try to control my tears, words & angry, i want to live with peaceful mind. Is there any yoga & or meditation for this? & also how to do this? plse explain. ART OF LIVING .. you do this its awesome and it gives mental peace. another thing which you can try is meditation . Daily when you wake up and go to bed in night .. close your eyes and try to meditate , try to control over your breathe and try to be calm think of good things and GOD.. Hai ! Yeap; this happens with each and everybody in life at some point of time. Would suggest no need to hold back any emotions.......... have done a beautiful course on Yoga. Its called SSY ( Siddh samadhi Yoga ). Belive me this will help you............... do let me know whr r u based ??? so that I can give you the contact details !!! you will have to change your habits of eating specially spices food and take out some time for yourself for doing whatever you like. |
