Is the yoga and prayama the first choice of treatment ?in the days to come? Yoga and pranayama are there to prevent diseases and to keep you healthy..People who do yoga regularly will never get the lifestyle disease so prevalent today.. These can never be called treatment in true sense. In case of treatment ,some substances , chemical ,herbal or otherwise are offered to get rid of ailments or at least get some relief from diseases. Yoga and pranayama are the means and supports fast recovery but they are not the methods,. I hope so! I think yoga and proper breathing are more of a preventive than cure for all kinds of ailments. i heard it say "one day meditation will substitute medication"... ya its true.. |
