How hard is Yoga? |
I might sign up for it during the summer, for school credits so I don't have to do another year of p.e. But my friend told me she took yoga and that it was painful, and I'm not flexible at all. On the other hand, my doctor recommended Yoga... How hard yoga is really depends on the class and the teacher. Try talking to the teacher to find out how hard the class will be... it is not hard. Just dont push yourself to far for where you pull your muscle. It is a great stretch for your back and legs. You will get get really good flexiblility from doing yoga It isn't that hard but to learn all the poses takes time...it is a graceful way to be in tune with your body and connect your mind to it..... Oh cool have fun!!!!! You should definitly do a begginer class first....trust me..... well for yoga u must be very very VERY flexible. And why did your doctor tell u to take it??? + Have u seen the pic of the "2 headed beagle"? If you get Fit network they have Namaste Yoga on several times a day......try it out. not hard just have to focus |
