Vinyasa Yoga, anyone had significant toning? or body shape change? |
Have recently become addicted to Vinyasa Yoga, have been doing it for the past 3months every day. I've become soo much more flexible, but i was wondering if anyone had any other benefits, do muscles become leaner? or are you less stressed etc. uhh not looking to lose weight! just to tone up. all my yoga instructors have tight lean long muscles.. if you know what i mean.. just wondering if anyone else had changed due to yoga. Yes, absolutely. With yoga, the outward changes come slowly, but they do come. Three months isn't that long, and actually any real outward change in muscles building takes quite some time. :) |
