Vinyasa Yoga, anyone had significant toning? or body shape change?

Have recently become addicted to Vinyasa Yoga, have been doing it for the past 3months every day. I've become soo much more flexible, but i was wondering if anyone had any other benefits, do muscles become leaner? or are you less stressed etc.
Thanks!

uhh not looking to lose weight! just to tone up. all my yoga instructors have tight lean long muscles.. if you know what i mean.. just wondering if anyone else had changed due to yoga.

Yes, absolutely. With yoga, the outward changes come slowly, but they do come. Three months isn't that long, and actually any real outward change in muscles building takes quite some time. :)

In a year of doing yoga sporadically (once or twice a week, sometimes more, with some sun salutations on other days off and on) I have noticed my muscles becoming more sculpted, leaner, and I'm so much stronger I'm amazed. I used to be so very weak, I could barely do three pushups, and now I can hover in plank pose (with the arms bent) for almost 10 seconds, I'm so amazed at myself! So yes, you will see some difference, you might also ask your instructors if they supplement their yoga routine with any other types of exercise or sports, their answers might be enlightening. Many yogi's do other exercises other than yoga.
I love my yoga. I actually do find that I am less stressed, and I handle stressful situations more calmly. I feel more centered, and when I don't do my yoga for too long, I really feel it's lack. I get soreness and stiffness, "normal" aches and pains that I dont' have when I do my yoga regularly.
It's well worth making yourself go to the mat when you think you arent' in the mood. :) I Always feel better after doing my yoga, even if I think I really don't feel like doing it.
Hope that helps!
