Can i do both yoga and gym at the same time?


i am doing yoga at the morning and going to the gym at the evening does this do any harm or could it be like that
any experiences

I believe this is a great way to go. Doing Yoga in the morning will give you extra energy and flexibility throughout the day and get your day off to a great start. This will help you have the energy to get a good workout at the gym not to mention help reduce the risk of injury at the gym.

I work out at the gym and then continue with my pilates class, and so far in 3 months I have not had any bad side-effects. Doing yoga and working out the gym should not cause you any harm, unless you over-exercise to the point of hurting yourself.

Yes , they relate to one another. It won't hurt anything.

That should be fine. But check in with yourself. If it is too much for you, you would feel it.
