Can yoga cure rash and skin diseases? Doing only YOGA will not help much for curing rashes and skin diseases. you have to consult a good DERMATOLOGIST. AND PREPARE a proper diet with lots of green vegetables and fruit salads. Also drink sufficient water. do proper check ups so that there is no internal diseases. Yoga postures can be a help as certain inverted postures increase revitalizing blood flow to face and that serves to naturally flush and cleanse and purify and thus help in the healing of some skin conditions. Normal skin health depends to a large extent on the face getting good nerve and blood supply. The nerves and blood vessels which nourish and renew facial skin have to pass through the neck and with the aging process the nerve and blood supply is impaired. Certain Yoga postures and yoga neck exercises improve the condition of the neck, resulting in better health of the skin as a whole. Rashes and skin conditions can be a`result of stress and yoga is a wonderful help in relieving one of stress thus producing healing of stress caused conditions. Yes and No. If the underlying cause get's cured by Yoga, you will get cured. But the human body is far too complex. People who find Yoga working will strongly vout for it, but it may not work on everyone. Better search for "Edgar Cayce" on the web to get information on exercise and other health aspects. Otherwise, you may be better off with Homeopathy.
